The agreement

By using BaoBao Talk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to break the law.

BaoBao Plus subscriptions

• Plus is offered monthly and yearly. The price and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• If you take a free trial, any unused part is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Bamboo

Bamboo is an in-app item used for extra practice sessions and streak repairs. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and is lost if your account is deleted.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds follow Apple's policy. Request one through Apple, not through us.

Content

Lessons, audio, and artwork in the app belong to us and are for your personal learning. Please do not copy or redistribute them.

Availability

We try to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
